Dragon’s Breath has a commitment to quality for our natural beeswax candles and the products we sell on our website. As our products are hand crafted, burning times, sizes and measurements are approximate and given for guidance only. Because beeswax is a natural product, the shades of natural wax will vary slightly. All photographs are in full colour and every effort has been taken to product the colour accurately, but be aware that exact colour and shade may vary with individual computer monitor settings.
Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions:
“we, our, us, www.dragonsbreath.eu, Dragon’s Breath” refers to Dragon’s Breath;
“Dragon’s Breath refers to the business and people running this “Website”;
“Website” refers to the internet web site, products and service provided by “Dragon’s Breath”;
“You” refers to anyone browsing the website pages, buying its products or using its service.
Using any service on the “Dragon’s Breath” “Website”, constitutes an agreement and understanding binding you, the “Client” to agree to and adhere to these Terms and Conditions.
Ordering
Ordering with “Dragon’s Breath” is easy. Browse through the products and “Add to Basket” your items, selecting your preferred colour option where applicable, and following the onscreen prompts. When you have finished shopping, you will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order. After submitting your order by clicking the “checkout” button, you will enter your address and then be taken to a secure site to pay with your credit or debit card through Paypal. We will then send an order acknowledgement email with details of the products you have ordered. All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. If your order includes products which are not currently available from stock, we will contact you by email or telephone. You will have the option to wait until the goods are available or to cancel the order. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between us will take place once payment has been received.
Bespoke orders
You can order any of my candles in the shades to suit you individual needs. Please contact me for prices. Whilst every effort has been made to replicate the colours accurately, be aware that exact colour and shade may vary with individual computer monitor settings. Bespoke candles are non-returnable unless faulty. See our returns policy below.
Prices and Payment
All prices are in pounds (£) sterling. Orders are accepted once it has been paid in full; major credit or debit cards accepted through Paypal. By using Paypal, you agree to their terms and conditions which are available on their website.
In the unlikely event that the price of an item has been incorrectly advertised on the website, we will contact you by telephone or email. If you are not happy to proceed with the order at the correct price, the order can be cancelled. We are not obliged to supply products at the incorrect price.
UK Postage and Packing
Shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order. Deliveries will need to be signed for.
Whilst every effort is made to despatch all orders within two days, depending on availability, the time of the year and your order, this can take a few days longer. Please allow 14 days for delivery.
Orders under 2kg are delivered by Recorded Delivery, Royal Mail in accordance with weight.
Orders over 2kg are delivered by courier
Order value £100 to £200 delivery cost: £6.75
Free delivery for orders over £200
Free collection: you can collect the items from us from one of our events. Select the Event Collection option at checkout and email us with the details of the event you will be attending. Your candles will then be ready for collection during the event. (Check here to see where we will be selling our natural beeswax candles.) Failure to collect will result in a restocking fee of £5.00 which will be deducted from the refund made via Paypal. Alternatively, should your plans change, please contact me to arrange for delivery postage to be paid.
Dragon’s Breath shall not be liable or deemed to be in breach of contract for delay in delivery or failure to make delivery of any goods due to circumstances beyond its control. Once delivered, the products ordered will become your property and your responsibility, except in relation to products that are damaged or faulty when delivered or incorrectly delivered.
Please note – surcharges may apply to deliveries in the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland, the Channel Islands.
For orders outside the UK, please contact me for delivery charges.
Returns
Customer satisfaction is our top priority and understand that sometimes you might change your mind about your products. We accept returns of goods provided they are returned within 7 days of receipt and are returned unused, in saleable condition and in the original packaging. You may not cancel or return your order if the product has been customised or made to your own specifications unless the products were faulty or damaged when delivered to you. You will be under a duty to return goods to us at your own risk and cost within 7 days of receiving the order. Until such time as they are returned you must retain possession of the products and take reasonable care of them. Money will be refunded via Paypal, excluding the original delivery cost.
